Ten tips for a smooth arrival

A few minutes of preparation are enough for your stay to start as it should.

1. Keep the e-mail of your booking: its link gives access to your booking at any time.
2. Tell us your arrival time in the special requests, especially after 8 pm.
3. Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am: ask us if you need more time.
4. Bring an identity document for each guest.
5. Ask for a baby cot or an extra bed when you book, not on arrival.
6. Travelling for a special occasion? Tell us: we love to prepare a surprise.
7. Look at our activities before you leave: the cooking class and the walk through Oia are full early in summer.
8. Paid a deposit? The balance is settled at the hotel, as shown in your booking.
